I really hadn’t gotten a good nights sleep the day before we taped this live show at the Akbar in Silver Lake, California and I was feeling a bit tired in the middle of the show. I’ve always been fascinated by one of our hard core listeners, Buzz who earns his nickname as a taser/electrocution fetishist. I thought it would be fun to recreate the unnerving John Kerry University of Florida taser incident, so I asked Buzz if he would shock me while I pretended to ask John Kerry politically oriented questions.     We were all a little giddy in Ontario, California when we won the "Best GLBT Podcast" award, so we had to celebrate by asking one of our cutest and sweetest long time listeners Jonathan from Orange County to sit on a cake in our hotel room. Boy did he take the task to heart! Thanks to Steven Peterson for getting the cake. The lady at the supermarket did her best to write the title of the show, but came up with "Gay Fun Day" instead of "Gay Fun Show." We think the cake was delicious and so was the model.
