This week we dive into an interesting love story. It feels like it could be tied into the other series entirely but at the same time because it is different enough it should not fit. But the biggest thing for us on this one is that we feel it was not given the justice it deserved for the animation. It should in our opinion be better than what it was.

Still, it is a decent watch if you are wanting something a little different than what you have been.

We talk about book girl and honestly, for us it was not that great of a movie. There were many faults with it, the animation was not good and it felt lacking, and with us it just did not feel like a great movie. How it ended and the mystery part of it just left us wanting more from it but in the end, we did not get it. Just disappointment.

What a great choice by CJ and we thank him for the great recommendation. The story was solid and enjoyable. The contrast in animation style. The art and music for it were all done beautifully. The deeper meanings behind everything for us and the sub-story that was going with growth were well done. It is certainly a movie that we highly recommend.

This week came at the recommendation of Old Jeb and it was a cute easy watch but we were left with so many questions. With the anime still being so new at the time of recording, we can only hope that there will be a season 2.

It was another recommendation from Angel from Chile. But this time it was not as great as the other ones that were recommended but it still was a solid choice. The story was solid especially since it was adapted from a 1950s children's book. The artwork and thought that went into it was solid and the world-building made it a beautiful work of art like always. But sadly even with all that it was still a meh experience for us.

Another great recommendation for this weels choice and we both loved watching it. It was a movie that told a touching story about growth love and loss that spans the years of a couple of individuals. 1 that lives for hundreds of years and a normal human raised by her.
