Khan and Luke caught up with Combat Photographer Brett King to discuss his career and how he's built up his reputation as a top-quality photographer for combat sports. Brett is the official photographer for the contender's MMA promotion and also regularly works with BKK Fighters which is one of the most highly regarded MMA gyms in the UK.

Brett's love of combat sports and particularly MMA has been the driving force behind his successful career as a photographer and his hard work and drive have seen him go from strength to strength, producing a great portfolio of work. There is no doubt he will progress onto great things if his work so far is anything to go by.

With it being Mental Health Awareness week recently the boys decided to sit down and have an open, honest conversation about their own experiences and how mental health has affected their lives.   

They were lucky enough to be joined by Jamie who has recently had opened up on social media about his experiences with anxiety. The three lads talk about everything from realising changes in your own behavior, coping mechanisms, the importance of exercise, and ways to build up your mental toughness.   

We all struggle with things in life and hopefully anyone who watches this is able to realise you're not alone and there are things you can do to improve the way your mind works.

This week Luke and Khan meet Nick from Nightingale FC who are a charity football team that was set up in order to start raising funds for the NHS and various other charities.

Nick talks about how Nightingale got started, how important it has become for all those involved with the team and the wider impact football can have on communities and people across the country. There's also plenty of general footy chat as we discuss the super league, billionaire owners, and the social media blackout.

This week the boys spoke to Khan's younger brother Luke about his aspirations to become a bodybuilder. Luke tell us about his thought process behind exercise, his thought's on steroids and other PED's and how he came to the decision to compete in bodybuilding.   

He also shed's some light on how he came to be so driven, talks about the importance of small attainable goals, and chats a bit about his experience's during his first year at university.   

Luke has a great head on his shoulders and despite being 5 years younger than Khan he's clearly the more mature one. This is a great watch for anyone keen on getting into working out or someone who needs an injection of positive thinking in their life.

In the final episode of season one Luke and Khan speak to Chynna a recent university graduate who is now working as an ICU Nurse. right at the start of her career the difficulty level was set maximum with the COVID-19 pandemic kicking off.   

In this episode, we talk about her career as a nurse so far as well as how she has found it being a nurse at arguably the most challenging period in NHS history.   

We really enjoyed getting that inside perspective and we hope you do too. We'll be taking a couple of weeks off posting as we want to spend a bit of time researching and finding new guests. Stay tuned for season two.

So this week Luke and Khan met Windy, he's a top mixed martial artist turned coach, who owns Blue Wave Martial Arts. We took a dive into what it takes to train top fighters and the journey Windy has been on in his martial arts career to date. We dive into the psychology, the mental and physical health benefits of combat sport and his inspirations to date.
