We talk about past pain and what it taught us, worrying unnecessarily about the future and why sometimes being in the present at all times without taking a step and evaluating your decisions isn't such a good thing. We come to terms with the idea that no matter where you are in life or what you are going through, you are exactly where you need to be in this moment and time.
