In this episode, Marie walks you through the first step in her 3 step PSA for weeknight dinner success.
P- Stands for Plan and Prep
Last week we talked about the Master Meal Planning Sheet. You can get your copy at FeedYourFamilyTonight.com/master.
This week we are using the Weekly Meal Plan Sheet. You can get your copy at FeedYourFamilyTonight.com/plan.
This sheet has a space to list your activities, set a dinner bell, dinner plan, and prep. The back has a place for your grocery lists.
When you plan, start by listing your activities and then choose what to fix for dinner according to your activities.
The second part of the "P" is Prep. Prep is where you can do something today to be successful later in the week. I like to prep when I am doing the dinner dishes.
You can find my recipe for roast chicken in my cookbook at FeedYourFamilyTonight.com/shop.
There are two videos about my process for roast chicken here.
