Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to feeling the moment. When was the last time you were present? More times than not, we as humans have the tendency to rob ourselves of feeling the moments that occur in our lives. Whether it’s a celebration and we’re consuming some sort of alcohol or drug. Striving for our goals without recognizing our accomplishments or simply put…not stopping to smell the roses. I want you to be present. No more racing. No more masking the feelings that you feel inside. No more trying to escape reality. I want you to feel each moment in your life. Having the ability to feel lets you know that you are alive.

It’s so easy to distract yourself so that time will pass you by, however, take note from rapper Pitbull in his hit single, “Feel This Moment” and be “like a stopwatch…stop time and enjoy [every] moment.” Yes, it’s time to take the good with the bad, be glad when you see every reason to be mad. Each moment of your life shapes you to be who you are. You can only learn more, experience more and be more so that you can tap into your true potential.
