Maddie and I chat about her time in the dance industry, living in a toxic relationship and how those experiences impacted her mental health and self esteem. We also discuss her journey with building a healthy relationship with fitness after leaving the dance industry and her battle with endometriosis which is what inspired her amazing business, Your Bliss.

Your Bliss started by Maddie designing a perfume that was free from radical toxins as that was one of the things that flared up her endometriosis. It is also Australian made, all natural, vegan and cruelty free. She has now branched out into several other beauty products and is absolutely thriving.

Carrie is a mental health nurse and is currently working in an adolescent mental health unit. We discuss how she found her way into mental health, the improvements we need in our system to help make mental health care more accessible and her opinion on how society views mental health today.

Tam is the Co-founder and General manager of Axon Property Group. We chat about where her anxiety really stood out in her life, her PTSD that stemmed from a crazy natural disaster, and growing up with a family member who suffered from severe mental health.
