Lexi and I chat about her mindset after prepping for an ICN competition that got cancelled due to covid. We chat about her spiral with food and how she became a fitness coach to help others avoid what she went through. We talk about the importance of a good relationship with food and how a negative one can truly effect your mental space.
Megan is a women's mindset coach predominantly within the fitness industry. We discuss her battle with being bullied, toxic relationships and overcoming her own self love battles by breaking down her walls with a mindset coach. She talks about what led her into the coaching industry and why it is what she does. I honestly absolutely loved this chat with Megan, she gives so many golden nuggets of wisdom and inspiration and I believe everyone who listens will get so much from it.

In this chat I catch up with a beautiful friend of mine. Mik went through an unbelievable weight loss journey which stemmed from her feeling out of control of her life. Even though she achieved amazing results her health journey also had consequences and she started becoming obsessed with 'dieting' which impacted her anxiety. She started focusing on a new way to be healthy, live her best life but still achieve her health goals and is the happiest she has ever been. We discuss how important it is to step out of your comfort zone, even when you feel like you can't. She talks about her time in a toxic relationship and the effect that had on her own mental health and how she got through that. She is truly amazing and I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

The girls also open up about their own journeys with mental health and discuss what has helped them get through their personal battles.

In this episode, I have a wonderful chat with the beautiful Oli Toia. Oli and I chat about her mental health journey which started from a pretty young age. She tells me about her time in the performance industry and how that effected her journey. We also discuss two big topics, one of them being antidepressants and the stigma behind taking 'medication' for mental health and we also chat about her experience with self harm and how she overcame it.
In 2022 Oli is launching her new Holistic PT business which is SUPER exciting and we talk a little about how that came about.
Oli is an absolute ball of calming light, I had goosebumbs throughout our entire chat. I really hope you all get something out of this episode.

Today is bit of a different one. Coming off the back of my discussion with Izzy and a wonderful photoshoot I joined her with, I decided to discuss my own journey with self confidence. I talk through where I first noticed negative thoughts about myself when I was around the age of 10 and how it continued to effect me throughout my life.
I also talk about ways I am managing it now and what has helped me truly appreciate my mind and body for who she is. I'm now determined to treat her the way she deserves to be treated and to truly accept myself as worthy.
