Today I am sharing something that feels a little more personal and a whole lot more vulnerable than usual – I’m taking you into the deep recesses of my mind and sharing my top 3 mindset challenges and how I navigate each one.

Mindset is a huge part of the work I do for both myself and with my clients – it supports me to be the best business owner, mum, partner and all round human I can be. And when it comes to my clients, I can tell you hands down that those who have the MOST success all share this commitment to their mindset.

Today I’m diving deeper into what that looks like for me personally, as I know that one of the biggest things that has supported me to move and shift through mindset challenges over the years is hearing from the experience of others. It’s my hope that this helps you in the same way too.

What a freakin’ year! I still can’t quite believe that we’re here at the end of 2021.

I know it’s been a year of many ups and downs, and lots of polarity. What I want to share with you today are some reflections and my biggest business lessons from the year.

Can you believe that we are now less than 6 weeks away from the end of year?

One of the things I LOVE doing at this time of year is dreaming and visioning for the new year…because NOW is the time to start planning for 2022, not January 1st.

After supporting hundreds of women with their goal setting over the last few years the one thing that I see time and again is people setting goals from a very masculine space. 

When you set goals from a masculine space, you’ll most likely find yourself following your head rather than your heart, and creating goals that are based on what everyone else is doing or what you think you “should” be doing...NOT what you truly desire.
