AC has over 20 years of professional cannabis expertise serving various aspects within the industry as well as ownership of proprietary Intellectually branded property and patents. AC currently writes for Grow Magazine and has her hands in many cannabis projects and is clearly dedicated to the art of innovation and integration within the Horticultural Cannabis Industry. 

A.C. is a veritable treasure trove of knowledge when it comes to growing and infused munchies and deep insights gained from 20 years in the industry are seamlessly woven into the conversation - at times I felt like I was speaking with Ganja Yoda! Today I’m proud to introduce you to Bay Area native and cannabis pioneer, Angela White, Equity for Industry Program Manager at Success Centers in San Francisco, California. A graduate of Oaksterdam University, Angela draws from trailblazing experience in cannabis entrepreneurship under California’s Proposition 215 medical marijuana program and the recently implemented AUMA adult-use regulatory framework. Angela’s first-hand knowledge of the many facets in day-to-day work performed at startups in the space—from cultivation and budtending, retail design and staffing, to dispatching drivers and office management—forms the foundation of her mentorship with aspiring new employees, businesses, and equity entrepreneurs.

Currently Angela’s focus is developing sustainable career and entrepreneurial paths previously less accessible to communities impacted by inequality and the War on Drugs. I loved speaking with Angela about the growth of the industry and success stories within her very own community, and learning from her deep wisdom of the wounds still healing from the War on Drugs. A Las Vegas Cheeba Hut is where this story thankfully starts, had to get a base-layer down before rolling with the Chamber of Cannabis Queens Tina Ulman and Dani Baranowski for a day  of Canna-Business in Sin City! These 2 women co-created the “Dopest Chamber America has ever seen” by bringing together folks working in all facets of cannabis to drive policy, network, and collaborate to create a stronger cannabis industry. No small feat, but after you get to know Tina and Dani in this episode, you’ll understand how they did it, and get excited about what’s next because they’re just getting started.     

The Chamber of Cannabis is a non-profit organization designed to unite cannabis industry professionals who strive to build a more inclusive industry.
