From the hardcore world of Business Consulting to managing her first grow, Beth Kotarba opens up about her journey into cannabis and how she became the Chief Operating Officer of Native Roots in Colorado. This episode will give you a fresh perspective on the industry, as Beth joined not as a die-hard cannabis advocate, but as a shrewd business person who became intrigued with the industry after a friend who moved over to the “green side” thought that her talents and personality would translate perfectly. She did her homework, saw the vast opportunity, has never looked back!
We talk about what it means to work for one of the most-loved dispensaries in the world and how her work making grow operations run more efficiently impacts so many
Ladies and gents I bring you my dear friend Ms Ilissa Nolan, Executive Director of The Texas Hemp Coalition! Don’t let her sweet southern belle exterior fool you…. She may be sweet on the inside too, but there’s also a tiger who’s not afraid to fight for the Texas hemp farmer despite the tone-deaf climate of the Texas legislature. She’s a person who is committed to the Texas Hemp farmer and *y’all need* to take listen. Damn I love the Texas woman accent!!
Ilissa is hilarious, “southern-curious”, and totally down to talk anything Bravo! Spoiler alert- you’ll only get the stuff that feeds your brain on this one , but maybe next time she’s on we just talk Bravo and use cannabis in our chosen way…. You need to hear who’s in her smoke circle!! After that, head on over to the Texas Hemp Coalition and do what you can to support the Texas Hemp Farmer. Thank you.
