During the COVID-19 pandemic, social contacts have been minimized. In this context, social media has been increasingly important to ensure communication. Although helping us maintain social ties with our friends, family and colleagues, the excessive use of online platforms had negatives consequences as well. These were mostly related to our perception of body image, which will be the primary focus of this episode.
