  • Ep.55: Endometriosis and trying to conceive, Part 2: What to eat and do day to day

In part one we covered how endometriosis can affect your fertility and the tests I’d recommend. In part two, I take you through everything you can do day to day to help manage your symptoms and support your fertility.

I cover how nutrition supports endometriosis, why your gut and oestrogen clearance matter, what a simple day of eating looks like, and what to do on the days you’re in pain. We talk about weight and GLP-1s, sleep, stress and movement, and the three-month window before you try, for you and your partner. I also share a little of my own story: how I conceived my third baby naturally with stage 3 endometriosis.

If you’d like the Endometriosis Fertility Roadmap, with all the tests and questions to take to your consultant, message me ENDO on Instagram @neemasavvides_fertility.

  • Ep. 54: Endometriosis and Fertility, Part 1: Can You Get Pregnant, and What to Test First

Can you get pregnant with endometriosis? Most women do, and there is a lot you can do to give yourself the best chance.

In Part 1 of this two-part series, I walk you through how endometriosis can affect fertility, from tubes and ovulation to egg quality, inflammation and implantation. Then I go through what to check first: tubes, ovulation, your partner’s sperm, bloods, laparoscopy and hormonal treatment. We also cover how long to try naturally, when IVF is the right call, and my honest view on egg freezing.

If you’d like my Endometriosis Fertility Roadmap, with every test and question to take to your consultant, message me ENDO on Instagram. For my fertility testing guide, for women and for men, message me TESTING

  • Ep. 51: You're eating well. So why isn't it working?

If you've overhauled your diet, cut the alcohol, added the supplements, and you're still not seeing the results you should, this episode is for you.

    In this episode we cover:

    • Why the Mediterranean diet is the floor, not the ceiling
    • The specific drivers of poor ovulation that diet alone won't address - thyroid conversion, prolactin, LH pulsatility
    • What's actually happening at a cellular level when egg quality is poor, and why CoQ10 at a therapeutic dose matters
    • The multiple threads to investigate after a failed transfer - lining, immune response, cortisol, gut health, and sperm DNA fragmentation
    • Why doing everything right and still not seeing results is not a failure, it's information

If this episode resonates, the link below is where to start. I work one-to-one with women navigating IVF prep, egg freezing, natural conception, PCOS, and endometriosis.

  • Ep. 51: Coming off the pill: What you need to know

You came off the pill after years, maybe to try for a baby, maybe just to give your body a break. And then everything changed.

Your cycles went all over the place. Your skin broke out. Your mood shifted. You felt like your body was a stranger.

You were probably told it was normal. That it would settle. That it just takes time. Sometimes that’s true. But often, what’s happening is that the pill was masking a hormonal picture that was always there, and the symptoms you were put on it for in the first place are now visible again. The acne, thepainful periods, the irregular cycles. They weren’t fixed. They were suppressed.

In this episode I’m talking about what the pill actually does toyour hormones, what it masks, and, most importantly, exactly what I’d recommend doing in the first few months after coming off it.

  • Ep. 50: From failed cycles to 20 weeks pregnant. A client success story

This episode is a special one. I’m joined by one of my clients to talk about her IVF journey and what it was really like navigating fertility treatment.

I wanted to share this conversation because fertility journeys rarely go exactly to plan. They often involve cancelled cycles, failed transfers, emotional highs and lows… and a lot of resilience.

Her journey in particular was a rollercoaster, and she had difficulty producing mature eggs, a cancelled transfer,a failed transfer, and some really challenging moments.

But today she’s 20 weeks pregnant.

I think hearing real stories like this can be incredibly powerful, and I hope you find some comfort in her story.

  • Ep. 48: When effort doesn't equal results

Many high-achieving women are used to effort producing results, but fertility doesn’t always work that way.

In this episode, I explore why doing everything 'rght' can still leave you feeling stuck, how over-optimising can increase pressure rather than progress, and why fertility often responds better to precision, prioritisation, and patience.

Because sometimes the real shift isn’t doing more, it’s focusing on what truly matters and allowing time for the body to respond.
