Eva Lechner is a 31x Italian National champion, accross many disciplines. She has won World Cups on the MTB and in Cyclocross, and she has raced ini 4 Olympic Games.
In this conversation, Eva talks to us about how the sport evolved over her 21 year professional career, and how she had to adapt to those changes. We discuss her Fighting Spirit, her passion for horses, and she tells many good stories from her long and successful career.

Léandre Bouchard est un coureur professionnel en vélo de montagne. Il a participé aux Jeux Olympiques de Rio en 2016 et est multiple fois Champion Canadien. Ceci dit, bien qu'il soit un athlète de haut niveau, Léandre a toujours aimé l'aventure et il a souvent inclus le bikepacking dans ses périodes d'entrainement. Cette automne, après sa saison de course, Léandre est parti seul avec son vélo et sa tente et il traversé le Canada (de Vancouver à Alma - 5271km, en 24 jours) en vélo.
Dans cet épisode, Léandre nous partage les hauts et les bas de son périple. Puis, Léandre s'ouvre à nous et nous explique pourquoi il a décidé de dédier son aventure à une cause qui lui tient à coeur: La Prévention du Suicide. D'ailleurs, au courant de sa traversé, Léandre a amassé plus de 10 000$ pour le centre de prévention du suicide.
Un épisode à la fois touchant et qui donne envie de partir à l'aventure!!
Léandre nous rappelle que: "Même si tes problèmes ou ta douleur ne semble jamais s’arrêter, cela reste temporaire contrairement aux consequences d’un suicide qui sont permanentes. Demande plutôt de l’aide d’un proche ou aux ressources plus bas. Pour ceux qui accompagnent quelqu’un qui soufre, les ressources sont là pour vous aussi tout comme ceux qui subissent la perte d’un être cher. Il y a de l’espoir!"

We speak with Ryan & Gene Gresh from The Feel Good Lab and we go over the results of Maghalie and David’s food inflammation test results and understand more how certain food, even food considered healthy, could create inflammation in our body!
