For a bumper Christmas special we doubled up on guests! Jez talked to Kelly Brown about his time as a player and coach for Saracens, as well as life with a stammer, and recent results. The SSA's Jemima Davis and James Peak step in to give their take on the first busy period of the season and the Autumn Internationals, and Saracens Women's centre and Cup Captain Cara Wardle joined us with her brilliant insight on everything from professionalism in the women's game to Juan Figallo's coaching style!

This week, Matt's back and the Fezcast has been recorded on three different days. What could go wrong? Find out here...

Jez and Matt get together the day after the stunning 71-17 victory over Bath to dissect a strong performance, and also to attempt to understand the mind of Eddie Jones following his initial England squad announcements. Also in squad news, Matt caught up with Saracens Mavericks head coach Kat Ratnapala for her thoughts on last season, and the 15 netball stars in her line-up for 2022. Finally, Jez and Matt reunited a week later following the men's victory over Wasps, with Max Malins on fire and sporting some new look leggings!

Matt's on sick leave this week so Jez is joined this week by the SSA's Huddle sidekick Steve Cummins!

Jez and Steve compare notes on their running of the London Marathon last week, before discussing the news of new club ownership and Nigel Wray's legacy. Jez's rant this week is about the final decisions in the Leicester match - but possibly not in the way you'd expect! Jez and Steve couldn't leave without discussing the excellent Quins v Bristol match before moving on to the Newcastle game, and of course Sonia Green, making her 300th club appearance!

For our second episode of the season, Jez and Matt are joined by the SSA's David Loxham to discuss the opening weeks of the Gallagher Premiership season. First though, we cover a 100% start to the season for Saracens Women, and catch up with Eloise Hayward following her switch to last week's opponents Loughborough Lightning. Before covering the brilliant wins for the men against Bristol Bears and the Storm side against Ealing, we have a think about who's impressing and who isn't in the first rounds of fixtures. Finally, Jez wheels out the Eddie Jones soapbox again after he revealed his England training squad!

With the summer break over, we review an uninspiring and political Lions Tour, before discussing a good start for Saracens Women against Wasps and post-match interviews with head coach Alex Austerberry and experienced forward Kat Evans.
