Hey all,

Still recovering from whatever I had/have. I'm still adjusting to the new challenges of my new job in esports and fatherhood.

This conversation was recorded pre-Dead or Alive 6 release.

This episode was inspired by the turmoil I've been observing within the state and national FGC. This is only the start of a bigger conversation that needs to be had with the community. Max and I had a random conversation and decided to record it and put it out there. Share your thoughts on this topic.

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry to my listeners for missing last week. It's been rough between the weather, being sick, learning to be a dad and learning my new job in esports. That said accountability is important so here I am back at it with a new guest!

Ocelot Youth AKA Brian Oppelt is a fellow member of the FGC and what I consider to be an entrepreneur. He has his own clothing line called Frame Perfect and he's an avid player of SFV.

I'm very excited for this episode. I'd love to here your input in the comments!

Hello,

This episode I want to have a conversation with the FGC. This is much more “free form” but these ideas have been on my mind lately. I’ve been very motivated to improve multiple areas of my life, but I feel I’m just doing average in most areas, and poor in the rest. That feeling is what inspired this episode. For example Street Fighter, I believe I should be much better than I am. This is in part due to my ability to prioritize and execute.

So this episode is much more...philosophical. I mainly want to introduce ideas and ask questions to you, and myself. I want to start a dialog around the mindsets required to improve at SFV or any competitive game.

I want to know what your perspective is on this conversation. Leave a comment with your thoughts and feelings on this topic. Take some time to write it out if you feel the need. Share this with other people you think will want to join in on the conversation

Thank you,

Nether Realms Studio and Capcom are making big moves within the FGC. Let's discus this!

Ernesto Lopez is a well-known content creator in the FGC. He has shows such as Button Check and Bogus Journeys. I got the chance to speak with him and pick his brain.

Hello all!

I've always been fascinated with music and the process of learning it. I was very interested when I had a conversation with Max about the parallels of Playing music and playing fighting games. This podcast was inspired by that conversation we had at our local.

Core-A-Gaming is a youtube channel dedicated to proposing questions and explaining concepts in the FGC. I appreciate his videos and the way he introduces topics and concepts to the FGC. When it comes to getting philosophical in the FGC, Gerald's videos are some of the best.
