Pat and Tom start their brand new series about Dieting and Nutrition. They go through their thoughts on a number of different diets (Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Fasting etc.), and they go through what will happen to your body if you try a specific diet. They may even try the diet for a week and tell their thoughts of it. 

They want to remind you that Pat & Tom are not Nutritionists or Dietitians, they are just expressing their opinions and experiences on the subject, if you have any disagreeing arguments towards their opinion, they are very happy to receive feedback on the subject.  

In this episode, they go through the basics of food; Macro-nutrients. Tom explains what a Macro-nutrient is, and what they are.  Then Pat explains what might happen to your body if you try one of these diets.
