Before diving into the parable proper, we seek to prepare the listener for a fruitful and beneficial study. We give tips to help us gain from Bible study.
We discuss why there are divergent responses to the word of God. Is it that the word of God is potent in some instances but not in other instances? What really is the issue with divergent responses to the same word of God preached?
We begin to look at what is commonly known as the parable of the sower. In this podcast, we want to look at what a parable is and why Jesus told parables, particularly the parable of the soils.
Having seen the one message that made disciples, we now turn our attention to the substance of that one message and how it leads to making disciples through conviction, confession, and conversion.

As we continue with our discussion on the basics of Christianity, we look at what made the disciples multiply, as was recorded in Acts 6:1. We discover something about the message they preached, the source of the inspiration to preach the message, and the goal of the message. If we can return to this basic message as inspired by the Holy Spirit and targetted at the eternal salvation of souls, we too will be on course for the multiplication of disciples in our generation.
Many people study the Bible but do not reap the benefit of such studies. In this podcast, we enumerate what you need to take full advantage of the benefits of personal or corporate Bible study.
We examine what made the disciples multiply in Acts 6. We look at what discipleship is about and why it is what we need in this generation.
At the start of every New Gregorian Year, many Christians get excited about prophecies for the New Year. However, this practice is not scriptural. The Christian needs God’s timing, and it does not have to align with the world’s calendar system. So, rather than seek prophecy for the New Year, seek God’s plan and purpose for your life.
We begin a new series on going back to the basics of Christianity. We start this series by looking at the difference between a church member and a disciple of Jesus Christ. We hope to challenge you to be a disciple of Jesus Christ if you are not one already through this podcast. And if you are one, we challenge you to aspire to greater heights in Christ.
