It's a strange title I know, but if you listen it will all make sense. Tracey is an amazing instructor who works with a wide spectrum of abilities in her Kuroten Practical Karate Club.

Fighting from a wheelchair to shouting at Motubu the spider gives us insight into how instructors can adapt and adjust to student's needs and Tracey is going above and beyond to make her club inclusive to all. She is testing her techniques on a wheelchair getting out of breath, and shouting at poor Motobu Spider to make essential adaptations for her team.
