Film Noir

It's us again - and this time we put on jeans, just for you! In our third episode, we watched the Netflix documentary Abducted in Plain Sight (2017) directed by Skye Borgman and discussed the case that inspired it: the abduction(s) of Jan Broberg by her neighbor and close family friend, Uncle Bobby and the haunting story told by of all those involved - the Broberg and the Berchtold families' relationship, which clouded the details - and the judgement - of their community. Most importantly, you get to learn about just exactly what Caroline is looking for in a partner and her authoritarian love of reading resumés. All you true-crime junkies, listen in as Natalie recounts the story of Jan Broberg - and all that wasn't included in the film... Spooky! Sit back, relax, and we apologize in advance!
