Our family filmmaking started when I was in 2nd grade and Jace "the star of "One Call Away" was in Pre-K. One day for fun, we made a short called "The Big Bank Robbery" It is no more than a cute home video. However, our excitement and fun is obvious on screen, even our Mom, Matilda McIntyre who played a small role. Since, "One Call Away", we have made "The Door", which is also available on the JM Clips YouTube channel. With at least 11 hours of editing, days of set prep, and filming, we fill that we are progressing in quality and effect in the art of film. Resegofetse Lobakeng (commonly known as Resego) is a 21 year old, South African, directing and producing student studying a BA in Motion Picture Medium at AFDA. Her love for entertainment started at a very young age all the way in preschool. She started out as a dancer at Mmabana Mahikeng back in primary school and has always known she wanted a career as a creative. She became immensley drawn to filmmaking in high school. She draws inspiration from everyday life and strives to implement it in the filmmaking process at school. Resego aims to become a recognized name in the film and television industry.”

“Elizabeth Lepiz Hills is a 3D artist who specializes in texturing. With a background in clay sculpture and illustration, she found her passion in 3D art studying at Emily Carr University. Her fourth-year collaborative film is about how childhood imagination can manifest visually in everyday situations. Elizabeth’s goal was to create 3D assets that look like a kid designed them. During this process, she developed a procedural clay texture. The dust, fingerprints, and crack textures move with her 3D character, creating the likeness of a Claymation film. Elizabeth’s texture work is a combination of procedural, photo scanned, and hand-painted textures.

Madeline Duval-Tyler is a 3D artist based in Vancouver. She combines her background of academics and fine arts to create a new passion for character rigging and coding. All her work carries themes of wonder, adventure and comedy, which is amplified in her fourth year collaborative film. Her biggest goal is to make her audience smile after they see her work, whether that be with film, video games, or short animations. This manifests within her practice by exploring how to get new and unique deformations, and animation on the rigs she creates.”

Pranay Aggarwal grew up in Delhi and moved to Mumbai at the age of

18 to attend film school. He has graduated from Whistling Woods

International with Bachelors in Filmmaking (Direction). Before pursuing filmmaking, he

was a national ranking badminton player representing Delhi. He made

Kathputli documentary in 2017 which went on to be screened in more

than 15 film festivals in India and abroad and won 'Best Documentary' in

U Special International Campus Film Festival 2018, Delhi. He has a

youtube channel 'The Naughty Kid Productions' where he uploads his

films and videos. Having made several short films in school, he is now

working in advertising and on his feature film. His main career goal is to direct a feature film

and release it theatrically.”
