In 2012 he and his cousin, Sabin Lomac, opened a single food truck in Los Angeles, looking to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience from their childhood to the West Coast.

Jim continues to work tirelessly to grow his "Family First" business with an eye towards sustainability in order to bring the CML experience to customers nationwide and beyond. An accomplished entrepreneur and author, Jim is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a proud father to his daughter, Olive, and devoted husband to his wife, Maggie.
