Tom started off early in the world of business, he had a cleaning business and a buy/sell company during university, whilst most people were out drinking he was... 'cleaning up' HAH get it? He took action from the very beginning, with no Property Education he bought BTLs in Sheffield which allowed him to refinance all his money out, and recycle his pot of investment cash.

Tom Henderson tells us how he built a portfolio giving him complete financial freedom by age 24, making over 100k profit in 12 months from multiple streams of property income including operating a complete ‘turnkey property business’ for international investors and we philosophise about whether money ACTUALLY makes you happy.

He's built himself a nice portfolio that provides a stable passive income, has found his speciality in Property and is sticking to what he knows and is good at. He's been through some trials and tribulations with Builders, but come out the other end stronger and with tonnes of knowledge.

He works with Investors (some in Hong Kong) to provide secure returns and to build his portfolio, whilst also deal sourcing to keep the cashflow high. A smart cookie indeed.
