  • “Kitchen Table OR Court”
“Kitchen Table OR Court” with Guest, Sandra Crawford, JD, Mediator & Collaborative Professional and Host, Hirsch Serman of the Financial Wellness Show. WGSN-DB Going Solo Network, Radio, TV & Podcasts - #1 Internet Singles Talk Network (www.goingsolomedia.com).

A bit more about Sandra Crawford...

For the past 29 years Sandra has dedicated her legal practice to educating and leading clients to the clearest path to resolution of their unique legal issues. She helps distressed families and partnerships move out of conflict using the most appropriate legal dispute resolution model, be that: the Collaborative Practice, mediation, limited scope representation or litigation. As legal disputes and status adjustments (like dissolution of marriages or partnerships) can be costly in terms of money, time lost, and emotional stress, it is critical for people facing such life changing events to be educated about and understand clearly their legal options and the various paths to resolution available before proceeding.

Sandra received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in 1984 and her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in 1989. She has been a practicing mediator since 1994 and was among the first attorneys in Illinois to be trained in the Collaborative Law model of dispute resolution when the model was introduced here in 2001. Sandra’s areas of concentration are Family Law, Mediation, and Real Estate She works throughout Cook and the surrounding counties.

Sandra has served on the nonprofit board of directors of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois, where she has held the office of President. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Bar Foundation, which administers grants and funding for legal services agencies. She was a two term member of the Illinois State Bar Association Assembly and Chair of the ISBA’s Women in the Law Committee. Sandra has been repeatedly nominated by her peers, evaluated and selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer – a group which includes only five percent of all the attorneys in her jurisdiction.

  • The D-Word Seeing Divorce Through a Child’s Eye
The D-Word: Seeing Divorce through a child’s eye with Guest, Tara Eisenhard, Divorce Coach, Author, Speaker with Host, Hirsch Serman, Financial Wellness Show - "LIVE" Tuesday @ 10:30 am ET WGSN-DB Going Solo Network FB & YouTube . Our website is www.goingsolomedia.com.

    A bit about Tara Eisenhard....

    Personal Experience
I’ve been there. I’m a child of divorced parents. I’m an ex-wife, a “next” wife, and the previous partner of a divorced dad. I’ve been cheated. I’ve been left. I’ve left. I’ve walked away a winner. I’ve also been broken, and I put myself back together.

    Education
In 2010, I studied divorce coaching with Sandra Lee, founder of Emerge Victorious in North Carolina. Sandra was a pioneer in the field of divorce coaching, and it was an honor to learn from her. But my quest for knowledge didn’t stop with divorce coaching. Over the years, I’ve attended courses aimed at dealing with divorce through Christian and Buddhist philosophies. I’m trained in mediation, advanced mediation, family mediation, and group facilitation/mediation. I completed training in conflict coaching, collaborative law, Nonviolent Communication, Active Parenting, and Dis-Solving Conflict From Within. I attended the Start Over Smart Divorce Expo (2012), the Family Law Reform Conference (2014) and the Make Divorce Healthier Symposium (2016 and 2018). And in 2019, I achieved the status of Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS™) through the National Association of Divorce Professionals. Seriously, I love to learn about divorce.

    Professional Experience/Exposure
I’ve been coaching since before the Affordable Care Act was passed. I’ve coached individuals as well as groups, in-person as well as online. I’ve spoken to groups of lawyers, therapists, corporate employees, parents, and students. My book, The D-Word: Divorce Through a Child’s Eyes has been reviewed and recommended by various professionals. I’ve been on the radio. I’ve been on TV. I’ve contributed articles to Stepmom Magazine, Family Affaires, Divorcedmoms.com, DivorceForce, and my writing has been featured by The Huffington Post. In addition to my business services, I’m volunteer mediator and conflict coach for my local community mediation center.

    Professional Passion
I love divorce! I know it sounds crazy that someone could “love” divorce, but I do. Not the ugly aspects, of course, but those can be minimized (which is why I do what I do). I refuse to view divorce as a problem. I prefer to see it instead as a solution to a problem. I also consider divorce to be a birth of sorts- a new beginning, an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop new strengths. I see divorce as a process of family evolution, not dissolution. That said, I’m on a mission to change the way our culture views and approaches divorce. I dream of a world where separation ceremonies are the norm and shame is no longer thing. I don’t approach my work as a mission of pity, but rather one of empowerment.

  • Working With A Divorce Coach, Guest Cherie Morris
Working With A Divorce Coach with Elite Guest, Cherie Morris, Certified Divorce Coach (CDC), Recompose.Us with Host, Hirsch Serman of Financial Wellness Show on WGSN-DB Going Solo Network - #1 Internet Singles Talk Network (www.goingsolomedia.com)

A bit more about Cherie Morris...

Who am I? What caused me to have such a passion for my work?

I’ve spent much of my life navigating relationships and the conflict that necessarily arises in them.

As part of a blended family as a child and now as an adult, I experienced divorce as a two-year-old child and now as a mother of four.

My study of conflict resolution started during my undergraduate years and continued as a practicing lawyer. My additional training in mediation and coaching is always about the possibility for agreements and how to achieve what people want and need.

My own experience makes clear that those with the most contentment in their lives usually find balance between extremes. This necessarily requires compromise and cooperation with others. However, shifting our own necessarily limited perspective can be difficult.

My current full-time work and training in transformational mediation and coaching help all of us to show up as our best selves, when we are most receptive to absorbing both the energy and ideas of others.

This takes time and a willingness to embrace many modalities: coaching, mindfulness, maybe legal help, and therapy, too.

I’m here to help you connect you with what you need to achieve a resolution of your conflict that works for you.

  • Let's Talk Real Estate After Relationship Loss
Let's Talk Real Estate After Relationship Loss with Guest, Leslie Glazier, Real Estate Broker & Certified Divorce Real Estate Specialist and Host, Hirsch Serman, MBA, CPA on the Financial Wellness Show. WGSN-DB Going Solo Network, Radio, TV & Podcasts - #1 Internet Singles Talk Network.

    A bit more about Leslie...

Leslie (Galler) Glazier, Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE)| Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce(RCS-D) | Residential Broker.

A lifelong Chicagoland resident, few Realtors know the city and its neighborhoods better than Leslie Glazier. Her in-depth understanding of the local real estate market has made her one of Chicago’s top brokers, and she is known for her uncanny ability to connect with her client’s vision and their needs.

To Leslie, every client is a partner in every sense of the word, working together to achieve the ultimate goal. Whether they are selling or buying, she always puts herself in the client’s shoes and does her best to ensure a happy, positive, and stress-free experience.

Leslie has been a Chicago Realtor for over 17 years. She started her career in luxury leasing, helping visiting celebrities find temporary housing while working in Chicago. Still, her love for real estate goes much deeper.

Growing up, her parents would move and renovate their family home, only to sell a few years later. Carrying on the family tradition, Leslie now has renovated several such homes as well. She currently lives in an 1890’s three-flat that she and her husband remodeled into a single-family home, which has been featured in a multitude of publications, on Playboy.com, and in commercials.

Leslie is a certified relocation agent, a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE and RCS-D), and a skilled negotiator and an accredited home stager with a passion for design and architecture. Over the course of her career, she has sold over $100 million in real estate volume, applying a winning combining innovative marketing techniques and first-hand experience with some of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Having lived in some of the city’s most exciting and vibrant neighborhoods, including the Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and even Glencoe and Evanston on the North Shore, Leslie knows the Chicago real estate market at a cellular level. Markets aside, however, it’s all about the people. There is no greater honor to her than to be a part of a client’s journey into the next phase of their life.

Whether you are seeking an investment property, are a transitioning empty-nester, or a first-time homeowner, Leslie will work tirelessly on your behalf.

When she’s not showing a home, closing a deal, or giving advice based on the “gut” renovations she’s done on her own homes and investment properties, you might find Leslie trying out a new recipe (ask her about her Thermomix), doing Pilates, or practicing for a ballroom dance competition. She currently lives in Lincoln Park with her husband, two of her kids, and two dogs.
