Whether it is making lemonade when life gives you lemons or finding that silver lining in a bad experience, I take pride in moving forward and trying to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

My journey includes a lengthy, expensive, high-conflict divorce and custody battle that was entirely unnecessary. What I learned was that the system, and less so my ex, was to blame. The system placed our children in the middle and pitted my ex and I against one another for no one’s benefit except the lawyers. And, courts allowed it to happen.
