I've spent the last two weeks working to step back and figure out my path...a deeper dive into me if you will. And what has been coming up is fear...not of failure...but of success. So let's talk a little about that and what that means.
**trigger warning - child sexual abuse and ptsd** - skip to 6:30 to avoid that. I keep trying like hell to set goals and i'm struggling deeply with that right now. So let's talk about that and a few questions that you can ask yourself to move forward.
We all have pre-concieved notions about ourselves and others we encounter. We make snap judgements and they can impact how we view the world around us and each other. Even ourselves. Today I'm going to talk more deeply and openly about some judgements I made about some family members and how that affected how I saw them. At the end I detail an exercise that will help you begin to dive into this part of your shadows.

Today I'm going to share part of my story and hopefully help to change the narrative around rape and body autonomy. After years of not talking about it, I'm attempting to heal from it. I'm going to discuss the steps I'm taking to regain my autonomy or establish it in the first place and also how i'm coping.
We are in a period where we are being called to unlearn old patterns and way of thinking and relearn new history and new ways of thinking. At a time when I believe we all may have lost our ability to trust certain people IF you ever had the ability to trust to begin with. I find that for me personally when my trust in others was violated it also impacted my ability to trust myself so I wanted to connect with you on that and give you steps to take to regain your own self trust and love.
