Bio 2023:
Kath is not a personal development coach, an influencer, a business strategist, or even a career
coach. In her 12-year career, Kath has done a little bit of all those roles, and found her own unique
contribution in the space where all those roles overlapped. This inspired Kath to create the 'Impact
Alchemy' - a unique, bespoke personality profiling tool that unearths your unique contribution, and
informs your personal brand strategy.
Kath facilitated over 50 emerging leaders through the Impact Alchemy process.
Kath’s intuitive and unique methodology unearths your unique contribution to build an aligned and
sustainable career with purpose. Kath has:

Coaching Women from Self- doubt and Overwhelm to Confidence and Action
Mira has curated a true life by design, a business and life based on her strengths and deep purpose
to see women thrive.
After years of self doubt, feeling like there was more to life, and longing to find the ideal role, the
significant and abrupt end to her marriage in mid 2017 brought about the greatest gift.
The place of ground zero, from where she saw the only opportunity was a choice of going up. Big life
changes present you with two choices, stay in your pain and stay the same or lean into the
uncertainty and embrace change.
This life upside moment showed Mira how much she had associated her identity around the roles
she played for others, mother, wife, sister, daughter and she had lost a sense of who she was. This
set in motion a commitment to rediscover who she was, her strengths, values and rebuild her life
her way!
Mira uncovered her strengths as a coach, facilitator and purpose to help women thrive instead of
just survive.
Mira works with both business clients and private clients one-on-one to uncover the mindset blocks
and limits/fear holding them back from the success and life they want.
Mira also founded the her_TRYBE Community for Women in 2021, a space for women to experience
the support of a community of like minded women who value wholehearted living. She runs a range
of events for women from women’s circles, to business networking events and retreats.
