Some conversations stay with us long after the words have faded.
Not because we remember every word that was spoken, but because we remember how they made us feel.
In this episode of Find Your Way2Vyb, I reflect on the communication patterns we carry throughlife, how they quietly shape the way we respond to others, and how journaling, curiosity, and self-reflection helped me begin understanding myself in a different way.
Together, we'll explore the conversations we have with others, the ones we have with ourselves, and the quiet moments that often teach us the most.
If you've ever found yourself replaying a conversation long after it ended, I hope this walk reminds you that awareness doesn't arrive all at once. Sometimes it grows oneconversation, one page, and one step at a time.
Thank you for walking with me.

Finding Your Way Home
There are some conversations that take years to become ready.
This is one of them.
Nearly twenty years ago, during one of the most uncertain seasons of my life, I was introduced to a simple mantra:
"Things don't happen to me. They happen for me."
At first, it didn't erase the uncertainty or answer the questions I was carrying. But over time, it quietly changed the way I began meeting life.
In this reflection, I share how that simple shift in perspective grew into a philosophy that has shaped nearly every decision I've made since. We explore curiosity over certainty, the difference between a map and a compass, learning to trust our own unfolding, and what it truly means to find our way home to ourselves.
Along the way, I share personal stories from my annual New Year's pilgrimage, moments from meditation that changed the way I understand the past, and the quiet realization that perhaps we aren't becoming someone new after all, we'reremembering the parts of ourselves that have been patiently waiting all along.
This isn't an episode about having all the answers.
It's an invitation to ask gentler questions.
Because your path was never meant to look like mine.
It was always meant to become beautifully, uniquely yours.
Thank you for walking with me.

What have the men in your life taught you?
In this episode of Find Your Way2Vyb, I reflect on Father's Day, Men's Mental Health Month, and the lessons I've learned from the fathers, sons, partners, mentors, friends, and coworkers who have helped shape my life.
Together, we explore the pressure many men carry, the things that often go unsaid, loneliness and connection, purpose and self-worth, and the reminder that none of us were meantto navigate life's heavier moments alone.
I also share a few reflections from a recent experience that reminded me how powerful community, laughter, and genuine connection can be.
Whether you're celebrating, remembering, reflecting, or simply listening, I hope this conversation leaves you with something meaningful to carry forward.

Back to the Earth, Back to You
Reflections on healing, connection, and remembering what we’re part of
Spending time outside has always been a part of my life… but lately, something about it has been staying with me a little differently.
In this episode, I share a reflection on the Earth and what it means to truly feel your connection to it, not just passing through nature, but slowing down enough to be present within it.
Through moments of stillness, time spent in nature, and quiet awareness, this conversation explores how the Earth continues to hold, support, and move through change… and what we can learn from that.
Because when we begin to reconnect with the Earth…
we often find our way back to ourselves.

Following the quiet pull that brings you back to yourself
Curiosity has a quiet way of leading me exactly where I need to go, even when I don’t realize it at first.
In this episode, I’m reflecting on my journey into healing, self-discovery, and the moments that sparked a deeper sense of curiosity within me. What started as simply trying to“figure things out” slowly unfolded into something much bigger, shifting my perspective, my awareness, and the way I understand myself.
Along the way, I found guidance through powerful books and the minds behind them. I revisit early influences like The Seat of the Soul, and how discovering The Treasury of Light opened me up to thinking differently and noticing what was happening beneath the surface.
I also share how the works of Wayne Dyer: Change YourThoughts, Change Your Life and Wishes Fulfilled, shifted the way I think, and how the teachings of the Tao Te Ching helped ground those ideas.
From there, I explore the perspective of the “I Am” Discourses by Godfré Ray King, the presence and awareness I found in The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, and how TheUntethered Soul by Michael A. Singer brought everything together for me.
This episode is really a reflection on what happens when I allow myself to stay open, to question things, and to follow what resonates.
Because sometimes… all it takes is a little bit of curiosity.

A reflection on trusting your timing, honoring growth, and the healing power of music
In this personal episode, I reflect on my son’s journey as he celebrates another year of life, and the powerful way he has always moved through the world in his own time, and in his own way.
Watching him grow has not only filled me with pride, but has also reminded me what it means to trust your own timing and follow a path that feels true to you.
From there, we flow into something that has been a constant thread through both of our lives, music.
Music has a way of meeting us where we are, helping us process emotions, move through life’s transitions, and feel things we don’t always have words for. In this episode, I share how music has supported me through different seasons of my life and continues to be a guiding light.
✨ Take a moment to reflect:
Who has inspired your journey? What has carried you through?
