What is it that you really want to do? Have you ever thought about it? Or are you simply going through the motions, checking off boxes on that to do list, errands that you need to run, work that you need to complete?
Have you taken time each day or at least once a week to dream? To think about possibilities and opportunities, and even if they feel outlandish, go with it.
See what you can come up with.
You can tap into so much of what you truly want when you take time for yourself.
It can be so simple. You can go for a walk in nature. And if nature's far from you, you can simply go for a walk around the block. You can take a bath. You can lie in bed 10 minutes longer when you first get up in the morning.
It's important to take time to dream, to look beyond our responsibilities and see what it is that lights us up. If you're feeling stuck, set your timer for four minutes and visualize a way that you want to feel. So, just feel. the sensation of being happy or the sensation of being excited. You can tap into a time that you were happy or that you were excited to get that energy flowing because emotions are simply energy in motion.
And sit in that energy, sit in that excitement, breathing in, Inhaling in and exhaling out. Simply doing this four minute practice., even if you don't know where you're headed or where you want to be headed to, will raise your vibration. Think of it like a radio. Sometimes we'll search for something on the radio and just getting static.
And a lot of times it feels like static in our life. But when we find the right channel, everything is clear. Taking the time to raise your vibration, by focusing on a happy memory or something in the future that might light you up, sitting in that emotion for only four minutes can shift your entire day.
And once you become more comfortable with thinking about something you might want to be, do, or have, then you focus only on the end result and how it makes you feel, not the how to get there. That also raises your vibration. And once your vibration is raised, then your vision is expanded beyond what you can see in front of you.
