The focus usually turns to money as we progress towards retirement, but there is an overlooked issue that is equally important: finding purpose. People know what they are retiring from, but not really knowing what they are retiring to.

Finding a purpose in retirement can be a struggle and may require as much planning as the money side of things to ensure we continue to live happy and healthy lives.
