😟 If you are like most people, then the chances are you are probably already realising you operate in level 1 most of your life! It is easily done!
🤨 If you have some awareness and in your personal development journey you may be operating on level 2 some of the time but not always because it is so easy to stay in level 1 due to external circumstances.
😍 I can tell you that I stopped operating at level 1 a long time ago. it was a decision I made and changed everything for me.
🥰 At level 2, things are wonderful and it really grounds you.

It may be incomprehensible to be grateful for the things you do not yet have, but I am telling you it is a game-changer.
I have been practising level 3 of gratitude for the past 5 years, inconsistently.
Starting today, I am committing to practice it daily.
