I've wanted to talk to today’s guest, Julie Jancius, The Angel Medium,for a long time. I found her podcast quite a few years ago when angels started coming into my awareness for the first time, in my thirties. I came across her podcast, the Angels and Awakening Podcast, and I loved it! It was so refreshing to hear stories of angel encounters that made me feel really seen.

What brought us together for this interview was an episode of her podcast where I learned that she also has PMDD. Hearing her speak openly about it was what inspired me to finally reach out. In this conversation, we talked about our experiences of this condition, in addition to angels, spiritual evolution, and finding your unique purpose!

Julie receives messages from your angels, guides and loved ones in your energy field

Angels play important roles in our lives but a lot of us don’t tune into them

From a religious perspective, angels are God's energy in a different form, just like our souls

Each angel was created for a role to help humanity in different aspects of life

Julie’s intention is helping other people lift the weight of their lives with angels

Knowing why our soul is here tells us a lot about what we're here to do, create, and be

I was comforted seeing that angels are for everyone of all religions

It’s a big energetic leap to angel energy and it can be overwhelming

Julie’s book teaches you how to get to that high vibrational frequency

The vibration of God, our souls and angels is oneness energy, or unconditional love

Until recently, you were expected to stay in one lane (spiritual modality)

There are prominent teachers causing harm and discouraging people

Energy is the vibrational language of the universe

We have all of the clairs and they come through tuning into energy and oneness

People discover their unique gifts in different modalities through Angel Reiki

The angels said we need to bridge spiritual modalities and human vocations

Do what your soul is calling you to, not the labels or boxes placed on you

Receiving messages along with energy healing activates the mind and physical body

Spiritual awakening shifts your consciousness from your mind to an observer of your thoughts

We need to look at the big picture for consciousness to evolve

Intuitive sessions now are leading people to their spiritual awakening

Focus on people who resonate with your heart instead of judgemental people

I left TikTok because being aware of the world made me lose sight of the mission we’re on

Julie sees that we are just part of a collective shift that will continue for generations

Perfectionism in this work comes from a place of caring for others

Share your abilities and the work you’re doing when you’re ready

When I am on my PMDD hell week, I avoid interactions as much as possible

Her mother had hormonal mood swings that caused turmoil and Julie has PMDD

Julie discovered that she is treatment resistant and medication causes suicidal thoughts

Finding the right combination of hormones and supplements has been a life changer

Happy people like us having suicidal ideations demonstrates how serious it is

Julie’s gynecologist suggested removing all womanly parts as a solution

There’s only one “hallelujah” week in a 28-day PMDD cycle

Healers seem to go through more than the general population

Waiting until you know everything to share will distance you from people starting out

Deep sorrow and hell weeks make you appreciate the good ones more
