In this guided sleep story and nature immersion, you will journey to Firefly Farm, a hidden place in a forgotten corner of the countryside. 

More than 2,000 species of fireflies exist on every continent apart from Antarctica. Fireflies are very social and use their bioluminescent lights to communicate. But artificial lights prevent fireflies from seeing each other's flashes. So when you visit a remote place like Firefly Farm, it is very dark during the night time because there's no other light source for miles and miles.

Guided imagery is a technique to help with relaxation and decrease stress and anxiety. The recordings allow the listeners to imagine themselves in different peaceful natural landscapes. As they become absorbed in the details of the landscape, their state of relaxation will deepen.

Each story begins with a short relaxation exercise. Oneness with nature is also calming and powerful because nature provides excellent stress relief by helping the listener detach from the things that create stress or pain in the first place.
