This is a monumental, historic moment in the history of the country.  With the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the somewhat pro-life, constructionists have the majority on the nation’s highest court.  Will this mean the reversal of Roe v. Wade? Can we expect the Republicans to reverse the trends or just rein in the constant legislating from the bench that has characterized the court since Earl Warren?  Projection: the court will reverse Roe  v. Wade, and return more controls to the states.
