What started as a company saw noodles in Ukraine has now turned into one of the newest players in the electric car market. VinFast Auto was founded in 2017 by Vietnam's largest private conglomerate. China's economic troubles continue, prompting the country's central bank today to cut interest rates for the second time in three months. Recently a group of teenage hackers managed to breach some of the world’s biggest tech firms last year by exploiting systemic security weaknesses in US telecom carriers and the business supply chain, in what is a cautionary tale for America’s critical infrastructure. Also, researchers from the cybersecurity firm ESET have uncovered a cyber plot targeting foreign embassies in Belarus.
