Officials say Bola Ahmed Tinubu won the contest despite a growing outcry from opposition parties. He's the Founder/CEO of Paga, a Nigerian money transfer firm that processes over $800 million of transactions each month by allowing users to digitally send and receive money and access financial services via their app or one of their many retail agents.
