Confusion over the Guptas' citizenship has deepened after a discrepancy emerged between official South Africa and Indian versions. The South Africans Municipal Workers' Union, SAMWU, say they are disappointed by yet another salary and wage offer presented by the South African Local Government Association (SALGA). SAMWU is demanding a 10% pay hike across the board and for benefits to be adjusted according to the salary demand, SALGA is offering 5.9%.
