The EFF filed papers with the Constitutional Court challenging the suspension of some of its MPs by the National Assembly's powers and privileges committee. EFF spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi says it follows the refusal by the Western Cape High Court to hear the matter. The party filed its papers at the concourt on Friday after Cape High Court President Judge John Hlophe dismissed their application to contest the suspensions.
