Connie's husband Dan ran out and got them McDonald's today's show and Steve about lost it. Since the quarantine began, Steve and his wife decided that they were going to limit their contact with the outside world and that would include fast food. Ugh... Now Steve is regretting the decision and wants it so bad. Also on the show, we asked if it's OK for a maid of honor to open mouth kiss the groom, we got into a bit of a debate about wearing masks, and Steve recommended some movies to stream this weekend. We got a very interesting text from a listener today who was upset about how their fiance was handling quarantine. He said that his soon to be wife was getting way too lazy during the stay at home order and just "giving up" by not doing her hair, putting on makeup, wearing only yoga pants and sweatshirts, and even gaining some weight. Oh heaven forbid! We asked you what you thought about him and it wasn't good. Also on the show, we got some celebrity gossip on Britney Spears and Harrison Ford, we learned about Mattel's new frontline worker dolls, and Steve took us to school since we can't go in real life. We are officially over 20 days broadcasting from our homes and we are mostly nailing it. One thing we have been told is that sometimes it sounds like there is a weird delay between us. Spoiler alert, there is. So, we decided to play with that delay a little bit today. Today Connie revealed something that has been really getting under her skin for the last 16 years. Connie's husband Dan violently stabs the peanut butter jar when he is making a sandwich. This drives her completely nuts and she's never told Dan until this weekend. That led us to ask 'What thing drives you nuts about your spouse?' Also on the show, Fish had a weird conversation with his Dad, we asked if you think giving underwear as a gift after 1 date is weird, and Connie announces that Dan is the man of the house. Today on the show we learned that there has been a significant rise in the amount of nudists in the world since the beginning of the pandemic. We even had someone call in and talk about how she and her husband are slowly converting into nudists. He said that ever since the stay at home order was issued that he's made more money, been more productive, and gotten to spend more time with his family.
