Embracing failure is a means of learning and growth. While nobody wants to fail, it is crucial to approach failure in a way that allows you to extract valuable lessons from it.
Having a growth mindset involves not fearing failure and being willing to take risks, even if there is a possibility of failure. In contrast, a fixed mindset is characterized by the belief that one cannot change or improve, leading to a fear of failure and a lack of motivation to try.
A growth mindset is also necessary when it comes to building habits, as there are often obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome. I dive into the concept of habit-building and acknowledge that it can be a challenging process due to the presence of roadblocks and hurdles, but these are not insurmountable barriers, but rather obstacles that can be overcome with persistence and effort. You must identify and adapt to these hurdles in order to successfully build habits.
Failure is a normal part of the process. In fact, I want you to experience some level of failure, because without it growth and success can occur.
I share personal experiences and encourage you to assess your own mindset.
