In this episode I interview Sarah Langdale from Pro-Fit Personal Training about her experience in helping people overcome mental health issues as part of her role as a Personal Trainer. We all know that a PT has to help people with their 'health and fitness' but a growing area within this is mental health. Sarah has done an amazing job of helping individuals in this area and I am pleased to have her share some of her simple strategies with you today.
In this interview with Chris Lenkowski we cover some of his strategies for mindset, goal-setting and focus. All important aspects of delivering an excellent service and powerful journey for clients of all-kinds.
Despite the Pro-Fit Podcast being 26 episodes old (so far), I haven't yet given you much of an idea about how to join the team or find out a little more about what we do. In this episode, I explain how you can enquire about becoming a team member and what being a Pro-Fit Trainer actually involves. I outline the support, education and mentorship you receive, as well as the accelerated business knowledge many miss out on early in their career.

In this episode I discuss 5 key things I would change if I were to start my business again from scratch. This episode builds on one of the topics covered in our interview with Rich Hopkins and takes a deeper look in to how you can use 'one percenters' to massively increase the results from things you are already doing. By taking something you are already doing, and tweaking it slightly, you can massively improve your results, without having to invest a lot more time energy and effort.

Would you like to double your PT business? I thought so.
In this episode I cover seven simple strategies you can use to generate enough leads to double your current PT Business, especially if you are in the 'growth' phase of your business. None of these strategies involve social media, fancy email systems or any sort of 'sales funnel'.
This episode takes a dive in to four of the most important parts of running, growing and staying 'on top' of your Personal Training business. Inside, I outline how these four key components can help you track and scale your business, whilst allowing yourself more time to do the stuff you're good at.
Don't be fooled by the 'clickbait-ey' title of this episode. Becki Keegan has worked her backside off to achieve an amazing level of success in the fitness industry in a short amount of time. Over her time as a Pro-Fit Personal Trainer she has; built a solid PT business (now working only 4 days per week), has competed in top-level bikini competitions with great success, managed to buy her first home, and is now working towards opportunities as a Pro-Fit Mentor.
In short, Becki is living proof of the type of success you can experience if you are passionate about something and dedicate yourself to becoming excellent at what you do, whilst serving others.
