I'm interested in nearly any business, business system or technology that is necessary and ultimately sustainable. I’ve been fortunate to have experienced the entrepreneurial dream of great people, timely ideas and God's favor. My executive background includes start-ups and business acquisitions.

I've owned and operated my own companies for the past 28 years including selling my last firm to Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a Fortune 300 company in 2000.

I tend to lean towards the people and system side of a business - with an emphasis in service, software and/or consulting. I have over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and over 16 in the commercial real estate sector with an emphasis in the self-storage industry and tenant interaction.

I enjoy innovating and trend spotting in hopes of creating positive change for and with others.

In the ring of life, everyone gets knocked down. Yet, the manner in which people get up can vary widely. Some get up quickly or stay down for a short period of time. Others take nearly the full count before they are able to get to their feet. The main difference between those reactions is resilience.

CLARITY-

If you aren't able to think clearly, or easily make decisions, it could mean that you are dealing with a case of mental clutter. With our hectic lives and 24/7 access to the media, it can be easy to become overwhelmed will all that we have to do. Unfortunately, this can make us perceive things as worse than they really are because we continue to think about them rather than taking action to solve our issues. When this happens, it's time for a mental detox.

Clear Vision and Values.
Clear and Intentional Goals - Top down ownership.
Focus on people. A culture of authenticity and caring reaps a harvest of faithful clients.

CULTURE-

It is quite possible to have many cultures operating within the culture of your business, school, home etc. The question is, as the leader, are you equipped to lead and empower an *Abundance Profit Culture (APC)?

Every business wants to grow and every good business wants all of its people to grow as well. This is what I coin the APC of your business or career. Abundance Profit Culture. APC is a place where anyone can dream big. A place of nurturing support and a place of confidence and clarity that can do nothing less than produce high and low hanging fruit making the bottom line a trampoline of celebration and corporate excitement!

Tony Whatley is a business mentor, speaker, best-selling author, and podcast host. He is best known as Co-Founder of LS1Tech, an online automotive community which grew into the largest of its kind, with over 300,000 registered members. This business sold for millions in only five years after starting. Amazingly; it was just his part-time business!

Tony once led a successful corporate career with over 27 years experience in oil & gas, managing $100MM+ international EPIC projects. He has built and scaled project management departments, and consulted within Fortune 100 corporations on systems, processes, and leadership. Tony also has extensive experience in procurement and contract laws, as well as contract negotiation. In 2015, Tony decided to focus on building businesses full-time, and left behind a multiple six-figure salary range to do what he loves.
