In today’s show Glenn provides an introduction to Protestant Resistance Theory. You may have wondered, are Christians the doormats of human history? Do we always turn the other cheek? Do you ever run out of cheeks? Is punching back ever justified, not just in self-defense, but in armed resistance against tyranny?

Well, you’re not the first person to wonder. Glenn provides an overview of how Christians in general, and Protestants in particular, have come to say, “Enough! Now I’m fighting back!”

Naturally, Tom and Chris have things to share–and you may have guessed, they agree that there is a time to fight back.

Mid-week Fix drops tonight at 7pm on our social media channels. This week we discuss Anderson Coopers interview with Trump’s latest accuser E. Jean Carroll. In this interview, Jean made a claim that rape is sexy, which caused Anderson Cooper to stumble his way into a break. We also get into Hunger Games 2020 and discuss #BreadlineBernie’s promise to give free money on top of more free money, so college students don’t have to pay off their student loans. Lastly, we talk about Mexico sending 15,000 troops to the boarder to help with illegal immigration problems.

Dr. James White’s tweet overshadowed my own, but I also started a small controversy on twitter last week. Here is a response to some pushback regarding my tweet on effeminate men, stay at home Dad’s, and wives putting their husbands through seminary. This one hits home for me as you will see. #Samepagesummer Titus 2 came through in the clutch.
