In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are continuing (and progressing) with mixed pace and mixed duration interval sessions.This weeks it's 5, 1, 4, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 4, 1, 5 and 1 minute of running all off 2 mins recovery. Exhausting enough to read....the good news is that you don't need to worry about remembering it, just follow the session.


And this week's chat is all about the binary nature of societal debate, despite the non-binary reality of most things. Ironic really, that we should then flip flop between fast and controlled in today's session...
