They specialize in distressed single-family houses (foreclosures, bank REO’s, sellers who need to sell fast). After they buy a house, the house is then remodeled and sold to a new homeowner to love and live in. At Capital Rise Investments, they believe their success is a result of the relationships they've built and their process in buying and selling quality houses. Houses that they buy tend to be the ones that aren’t the best looking in the neighborhood. So when they buy into an area, the community embraces them because they're helping to beautify the community they live in as well.

One of the best things about real estate is the flexibility of deal structures. We aren’t confined to a single way of structuring our deals because we can have as many options as we want to if we can get creative enough, as long as all parties involved will agree.

My first deal didn’t come by like how most real estate investors find theirs. It was a $61K condo and it was already rented, I thought the math made sense, so I did what I had to so I could get the deal!
