Florida Governor Ron DeSantis holds a news conference on the Hurricane Ian response and the federal support being provided. The storm has regained strength and has formed into a hurricane again as it makes its way toward Georgia and South Carolina. More than 2.3 million Florida customers are without power as at least 17 people have died in connection to the storm.
