We took a trip down to Cape Coral and Fort Myers for the weekend and our first stop was Eight-Foot Brewing Company. This place has been on our bucket list for a little while now as they are doing some amazing things in the SW Florida beer world. In this episode we drove out to Apopka, FL to visit with Jennifer and Mike Fox along with another member of the team Jeff. The three of them are on a new journey to be a part of creating a fresh hop industry in Florida. They have a great story and a lot of passion for this new venture.
