And like that college is over and you're left with...you don't even know. The world right? Nobody really prepares you for it though so lets talk about it. Meet Bri Clark! Bri is a Studio Manager at Orange Theory in her city, with a twist.  The twist being the job isn't in her direct field of her four year degree and that is okay! Taking jumps for the better and getting out of your comfort zone is okay even after all those years planning it all out and being with left with that, "now what?" thought in the back of your head. Its not your average college journey, especially after graduation. We are talking all about how once the books are closed, there is no right answer anymore because its all up to you what you do with your career. Even if its not your career or interest of choice, the sky is the limit to take a chance on yourself. I loved hearing Bri's journey and I know you will to!

The new year is basically here and with a few days to spare, we need to prep! Dare I say time to spread a new pair of wings? I think so! The new year is for new fresh starts no matter what that looks like for you. I have a new years routine I have used for two years that seems to be successful for me so I'm sharing it with you! College looks completely different on the big screen and on social media. This week I wanna talk about how my college experience is/was so far compared to my best friends. Everybody's experience is different and its okay!! Its hard, its not always glamorous, and your plans change more than once and thats okay!! Your first taste of independence and learning who you are. Community college or big university, you got this!! Maybe you don't go the traditional, thats okay!! You are exactly where you are meant to be :)

Living in harmony but with our boundaries for our minds and for our selves is what we are talking this week. Nobody should ever feel guilty for doing something or not doing something with anybody or anything! We need clear minds this fall and we need to do what is best for ourselves. Boundaries and balance is a challenge but growing up, its necessary to feel mentally free and happy to grow :)
