Hey Flow Family , today I’m touching on the importance of sacrificing your time to be a blessing to others . You see God doesn’t always provide a drastic change to our circumstances when we want him to . I believe if we can lay a genuine sincere foundation for change in the smallest of moments by sacrificing ourselves & being a blessing to others . God revealed to me this past weekend that this can help us cultivate a thankful heart . When ever you feel the temptation to grumble or complain , go out your way to be a blessing in others lives , in that moment of sacrifice let the Lord remind you that His will for you is to speak blessings and to be a blessing to everyone around you . Also , your homework is to mediate on the scripture Psalm 116:17 & Colossians 2:6-7.

Hey Flow Family , today I’m feeling much better . I had a rough couple of days but I refused to let that stop me from recording . I realized with God’s help that there is only one success and that is to be able to spend your life in your own way . I realized that I have been off balanced and hadn’t been consistent with my personal needs . I realized I had to fully jump off a cliff and let go and let God save me from my troubles . God has constantly been helping me accomplish great things and surpassing my dreams through the help of special people He has placed in my life to help remind me who I am and who God made me to be . Today this episode to dedicated to you ! My Flow Family ! You see y’all have been flowing with me for so long that God used it to remind me I’m not alone through my trials . You may not know it but y’all seriously have given me the strength to preserver and to keep moving forward . I love you and will always be grateful for you ! Thank you family 💚

Hey Flow Family , are you ready to join me and be adaptable in any and every situation ? Adaptability means one is able to quickly respond to changing trends, innovation, destabilization, industry shifts, and so forth. ... Let’s change our mindset and learn to adapt . Don’t make excuses on why you can’t progress or that you don’t have the materials , finances or resources available in hand to move forward . Pick up a book , look around you , educate yourself , learn from others and when you obtain and comprehend some knowledge share it with others . Remember to be patient, remember to be compassionate like Jesus is with you . In order to change our lives we must be able to evolve our character . Let’s center focus on that area in our lives and watch how God will respond in abundance in your life .

Hey Flow Family , I feel so good knowing I can trust God as I live , learn & lead . It’s always interesting to me how easy it is for us to say we trust God to work things out for us but when push comes to shove we spend so much time trying to control outcomes of situations. This morning I’m thanking God & going strong with the #thankfulFLOWchallenge . I’m grateful today because I decided to give up my old ways of handling situations and people and just trust God in my trouble situation . In return God strengthened me as a student & leader . I’m able to show you my vulnerabilities & not be embarrassed. As a leader of my Flow Family I must be transparent in order to help inspire you to grow as well . We can reach the next level in our lives . We have the power to be amazing human beings , but first we have to trust Him & put in the work . Let’s be clear and consider what must be done and fully execute and obtain all the many miracles God wants to do in our lives. Are you truly ready to trust God & let him lead you ?

Well I’m hype , I’m excited and I know God will respond to your needs but I have to ask you something .. Are you being a faithful servant to Him ? Make sure you are able to hold yourself accountable when you come before Him . Understand He will respond when He sees fit . So in the mean time spend your time giving Him the honor and glory . Have a praise and worship celebration in your car , in your home and with your family & friends . You don’t have to be in church to praise God . Praise Him where you are standing or sitting right now . Hey Flow Family , the worlds biggest blessings I think is being able to transfer love into a friendship of some sort . Friendships speak volumes of true love . Today dive into these words of wisdom . God revealed to me that friendship isn’t defined from the amount years I’ve known a person , but rather defined as looking at who walked into my life and said , “I’m here and proved it !”
