Ouyen Rams President Dom Leach previewed the 2023/24 A and B Grade season openers on tonight's Flow Friday Sports Show.

The Rams will be looking for strong performances across the board after a successful 2022/23 campaign.

Horsham Saints coach Jess Cannane appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show to discuss another year of Wimmera netball dominance.

Cannane also discussed her playing background as well as elaborating on the club's successful vision which has a youthful focus.

Bruce Phillips reviewed the 2023 River Murray Football League Grand Final on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show between Jervois and Mypolonga.

Phillips also offered his thoughts on the Coorong Cats' capture of former AFL star, Daniel Menzel.

Hume Football League President Phil Bouffler signed off for another season on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show after Osborne's A-Grade dominance.

Bouffler also dissected the Reserves Grand Final match as well as the U14 and U17s matches.

Carla Fletcher reviewed a massive season of Hume netball on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show after Osborne's successful Premiership defence.

Howlong were immensely competitive in the final, but Osborne were too strong on the day.
