In this podcast, Marcus Migliore, ALPA’s General Counsel and Director, Legal Department, provides an update to a previously released podcast “Lawyers, Guns and Money” where he discussed legal issues that are relevant to our current bargaining environment at FedEx. He explains the challenges pilots face in trying to file status quo lawsuits due to the courts’ interpretation of the Railway Labor Act. Marcus also addresses the specific issue of FedEx’s use of Section 4.A.2.c of the contract, which has negatively impacted pilot schedules and pay.
